Your appointments are very important to us at Aùrea Beauty Group LLC (“Aùrea Beauty”). We reserve time especially for you. Please be mindful of our policy to help us provide the best experience to all clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies, terms, and conditions set forth by Aùrea Beauty Group LLC. To secure your appointment in the future, a confirmation and/or deposit may be required. CONFIRMATION: All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Appointments that are not confirmed within this timeframe may be subject to cancellation. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit ($20–$50) and may be subject to an additional 30% cancellation fee. NO-SHOWS will be charged 30% of the service total and may result in being unable to book future appointments. CARD ON FILE: A valid card is required to book. Your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy is violated. RUNNING LATE? Please arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to provide a deposit to book again. REPEAT VIOLATIONS: Clients who cancel late or no-show more than once may be required to prepay half of for future services or may no longer be able to book.
